Tomato & Basil Pasta Recipe

Serves 4

Level: Easy

Ingredients:

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 springs fresh rosemary

1 14oz can diced tomatoes

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 garlic cloves smashed puree like

handful fresh basil leaves chopped about 10

salt and pepper to taste

1lb bow tie macs farfalle

Instruction:

  First boil water for Pasta.  Meanwhile, Heat oil in pan add tomatoes and garlic cook for 2-3 minutes add the tomato paste and the rest of the ingredients mix together and cook for few minutes more until sauce is hot.  Finish cooking the pasta transfer over to plate add sauce to pasta and your done.
