Buffalo Chili Chicken Macs Recipe

Ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil 1pd elbow mac
2 pd chicken 15oz can crushed tomato's
3 celery 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
6 cloves of garlic 4 scallions
2 tbsp paprika
1/4 -1/2 cup hot sauce i use a half
2 cups chicken stock
Instructions:
This recipe sounds like a lot but it is so simple and its always a hit!! Note that you will need a good size pan to hold all these ingredients. First heat 2 tble olive oil in pan and brown chicken 5-6 min. Add veggies to in pan cook until they soften 3-4 min more. Next add chicken stock hot sauce & crushed tomato's bring to a boil then simmer 8-10 min.
Meanwhile cook mac's al dente. Once cooked add mac's to chili. I usually combined them in a oven friendly dish at this point. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top( i like to mix the cheese through out the dish as well) Finally place in broiler 2-3 min or until cheese melts. I usually just stick it in the oven 400* until cheese melts.
Variation : For a Twist add a bit a crumbled Blue Cheese if you dare
