GRANDMOM NICKS GERMAN POTATO SALAD

Keep in mind Grandmon never measures anything!!

1 pack bacon diced in 1" squares

10 lbs potatoes- cooked peeled and chopped

2 med. onions

1/3 cup white vinegar

1/3 cup water

parsley to garnish

First cook bacon until its done then add onions to grease when onions are done add water and vinegar to it then toss over potatoes.  That simple
