Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cut into chunks
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup lime juice about for limes
2 cups chopped green onion
1 Spnaish onion
6 garlic cloves chopped
2 teaspoons of Sugar, thyme, & Allspice
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, & Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, & Extra virgin olive oil
1 large chili pepper or 2 small peppers
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
1. Put cut chicken into large bowl rinse chicken with 1/2 the lime juice & a little water. Set Aside
2. In a food processor or Blender mix all dry ingredients, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, thyme, sugar, salt, pepper, along with olive oil & rest of lime juice mix well. Add Chili Pepper onions and garlic until mixture is almost smooth.
3. Marinate chicken with about 3/4 of marinade saving the rest for basting. Refrigerate for 1hr ( the longer the Better)
4. Heat grill and begin to cook chicken slowly turning often, and basting as often as possible with remaining marinade. Cook till the chicken is no longer pink inside and your done.
