Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 Boneless chicken breast

3 tbsp garlic minced

3 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1/4 white wine

All Spice / 4 spice

salt & pepper

1 pound cooked fettuccine

Instructions:

  preheat the oven to 350* F  Heat 2tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in a pan.  Season chicken with All spice and brown chicken on all sides.  Place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until it is no longer pink inside.  Next in a sauce pan heat 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and add garlic cook until they begin to liquefy about 1-2 min add white wine cook for 1-2 more minutes then add the cream.  let simmer until the sauce is reduced by half.  When sauce is reduced add Parmesan salt and pepper.  Cut the chicken up into squares and serve all together with the fettuccine.
