Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1lb lean ground beef
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 onions diced
2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp flour
1 14oz can chopped tomatoes
1 cup beef stock
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 lb potatoes
2 tbsp butter
milk, salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Cook meat in a large pan until it begins to brown drain any extra fat. Add onions and garlic to meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in flour cook for 1-2 minutes then stir in the the beef stock worcestershire hot sauce and tomatoes bring to a boil simmer for 25 minutes stirring often. Next cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain water and mash the potatoes. Add butter and a little milk to mashed potatoes stir together until you have the desired texture. Finally season meat with salt and pepper poor mixture into oven friendly dish cover the top of the meat with the mashed potatoes( spread evenly so you have a layer of potatoes and the meat underneath) bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
