Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:
1lb beef tenderloin or cubed round steak
1 cup sour cream
12 oz white mushrooms 1 onion
3/4 cup beef stock 3 garlic cloves
4 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp red wine
1tsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp worchestershire
extra virgin olive oil
egg noodles to serve
Instructions:
First cut meat into thin cubes season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan add brown meat on all sides about 3-4 mins each side then remove. You might have to do 2 batches. Next melt the butter in the pan and add onions mushrooms and garlic cook until tender. Add wine lemon juice worchestershire paprika and meat cook for 3-4 mins add stock and stir in the flour bring to a boil or until sauce has thickened stirring often. Finally stir in the tomato paste and sour cream simmer for 5mins taste for seasoning and your done.
